Forest school is an inspirational process that offers children regular opportunities to achieve, develop confidence and self-esteem through hands-on learning experiences in a natural environment.
We at North Duffield Primary are very lucky to have our own dedicated woodland area within our school grounds, which we have been developing over the last year to create an 'outdoor classroom', and several growing zones.
Mrs Duffy is currently completing her nationally accredited, Level 3 Forest School qualification.
Please find a copy of our Forest School Handbook here.
Forest School wouldn't have been possible without the generosity of a few local heroes....
